Polka dots is always a great summer classic, and I find myself going back to those happy dots every time the sun comes out of hibernation. These intentionally distributed dots exudes a sense of fun loving, sun shining feeling that makes you skip to the beat. That was exactly how I felt when I spotted this cupcake dress from Kate Spade.
